The Red and White Dairy Cattle Association is actively looking for a summer intern. Applicants must have completed at least one year of college prior to their start date. Ideally applicants pursuing a degree in Animal Science, Ag Journalism, Communications, Dairy Science or a related degree is favorable.
The Internship carries a monthly salary, and a scholarship to be awarded at the Annual Awards Banquet held at the Red and White National Convention. This internship works closely with our Promotions Manager on the RWDCA publication The Red Bloodlines, writing articles, designing advertisements and the general lay out of the publication.
Other responsibilities would include, management and follow up of show results, convention planning, representation of the RWDCA at various events throughout the summer.
All requested materials for the internship application should be postmarked no later than March 1st, 2107 to the RWDCA Office.
